Operation Shanti Non-Discrimination Policy

Operation Shanti does not and will not discriminate against any employee, volunteer, client, applicant for client services or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, national origin or citizenship status, creed, caste, religion, religious affiliation, marital status, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation, age, veteran status or any other protected status. This policy allows Operation Shanti to provide various populations, primarily the poorest and neediest, with services without discrimination.

Operation Shanti is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the U.S. IRS Code, registered as American Society for International Shanti (ASIS).

Operation Shanti in India was registered under the name Akhanda Seva for International Shanti as a nonprofit company under Section 25 of the Indian Companies Act of 1956, and has 80G and 12A tax exemption status in India.
